Thank you for the perfect stay. I loved my room - well-appointed and large with 2 beds. The location is good and magnificent, as the hotel is based close to many shops and restaurants. Also it is very close to Close to eateries and boardwalk and beaches and grocery store.

Perfect and fairly clean hotel, marvellous and decent location in a quiet area. New building and rooms with the jacuzzi. Location not far from the Seymour Marine Discovery Center and restaurants and the Natural Bridges State Beach and liquor store.

The rooms were new-fashioned, generous sized, came with microwave and a pull out couch and 2 queen beds. Everyone was outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly. It was in a central setting in the Bay Area.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were indifferent.

What a such great stay, no reason to complain. Lots of meals for breakfast, including cereals and refreshments. Good sized rooms with the jacuzzi for hotel guests.

Well-appointed and reasonably large room available with microwave and the jacuzzi, as example. The staff - amicable and exceptionally nice. Good and excellent location, only a short distance to New Leaf Community Markets. Found in a very comfortable area close enough to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and local parks and a brewery.

The rooms are good sized and perfect with 2 beds, so that guests have essentials. The location is decent, the breakfast is hot. Efficient, easygoing stuff, thanks a lot for treating me so well.

Everything is great, great value, perfect hotel overall. The room is clean and perfect with 2 queen beds. The location is marvellous, 2 miles from a classic seaside amusement park. Plus it's set in the tourist area.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, to so many places. A cool bonus was nearby Verve Coffee Roasters, that offered tea and coffee.

would stay again and again and totally recommend it to all. this hotel is perfect and fairly clean, has efficient staff and marvellous location close to shore. they offer new-fashioned, cool rooms with the bathroom as well as queen beds. the breakfast is nice hot and offers cereal and refreshments.

Had really great stay for the price and the weather was warm. The employees at the hotel were super-friendly. The breakfast was hot and had a wide range of food. Location: the property was next to local parks, restraunts and shopping, and liquor store. There was café Verve Coffee Roasters, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. I loved it, recommendable.

Very very helpful staff, cool room with 2 beds. Favourable and decent location in a nice area, good for visiting Santa Cruz.

My room with the bathroom and pull out sofa and comfortable bed was good sized and perfect. A coffee machine and a fridge were available too. The location was particularly good, right next to New Leaf Community Markets. All the staff was very helpful and excellent.
